Cookies not enabled. |
Please make sure that cookies are enabled:
- AOL: Instructions are at http://webmaster.info.aol.com/cookieguide.html
- Netscape
Navigator 6.x: click Edit from your browser's menu bar, then select Preferences.
Click the Advanced category. Click the arrow
next to Advanced to view the sub-options and select Cookies. Be sure that either "Enable all cookies" or "Enable cookies for the originating web site only" is selected. Click OK to return to this Browser Test,
then reload this page.
- Netscape Navigator 4.x: click Edit from your browser's menu bar, then select Preferences.
Click the Advanced category. Be sure that either "Accept all
cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating
server" is selected. Click OK to return to this Browser Test,
then reload this page.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x: Click Tools from your browser's menu bar, then select Internet Options.
Select the Privacy tab, then move the slider on the left down
until it says

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x: Click Tools from your browser's menu bar, then select Internet Options.

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x: Click Views from your browser's menu bar, then select Internet Options.

JavaScript is either disabled, or your web browser is ancient. First make sure that JavaScript is
enabled:
- Netscape Navigator: click Edit from your browser's menu bar, then select Preferences.
Click the Advanced category and be sure that "Enable JavaScript" is checked. Click OK to return to this Browser Test, then reload this page.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer: click Tools from your browser's menu bar, then select Internet Options.
Select the Security tab, then click the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Scripting options
and Enable Active Scripting. Click OK twice to return to this Browser Test, then reload this page.
- Mozilla Firefox: click Tools from your browser's menu bar, then select Options. Select the Web Features section, then make sure Enable Javascript is checked. Click OK to return to this Browser Test, then reload this page.

Popups not enabled. |
You have a Popup Blocker and it is not working properly. It is blocking all popups including "good" popups. Our site uses only "good" (user initiated) popups such as when you wish to send an e-mail.
Please do one of the following:
- Enable popups for our site. (Since there are hundreds of different Popup Blockers on the market, we cannot supply detailed instructions here. Check your icon tray - it will appear there); or
- Remove your popup blocker entirely and switch to one of the latest browsers (below). All the latest browsers include a free popup blocker that work properly (they all allow "good" popups but stop "bad" popups.)

CSS not enabled |
CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) must be
enabled. As far as we know, only Netscape 4.x allows you to turn CSS on
and off:
- Netscape Navigator: click Edit from your browser's menu bar, then select
Preferences.
Click the Advanced category and be sure that "Enable style sheets" is checked. Click OK to return to this Browser Test, then reload this page.
